SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
- Can type at least 40 words per minute
- Adapts to technology easily
- Can learn fast—especially when it comes to geography
- Understand and relay information from someone experiencing a tough situation
- Quick with questions and can accurately summarize information
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Can multitask with ease
- Can handle experiencing emergency situation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Passes a background check
- Can obtain a security clearance with our law enforcement partners
- Have proper documentation for work in the United States
- Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts. (Our Emergency Communications Centers are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.)
