SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Skills:

  • Can type at least 40 words per minute
  • Adapts to technology easily
  • Can learn fast—especially when it comes to geography
  • Understand and relay information from someone experiencing a tough situation
  • Quick with questions and can accurately summarize information
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Can multitask with ease
  • Can handle experiencing emergency situation

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Passes a background check
  • Can obtain a security clearance with our law enforcement partners
  • Have proper documentation for work in the United States
  • Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts. (Our Emergency Communications Centers are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.)
